Customer Experience Welcome and Introduction

Alexis Lloyd is a design, UX, and product leader whose work focuses on creating experiences that push the boundaries of how we engage with information. She is currently the head of Design Innovation at Automattic, and has previously served as chief design officer at Axios and creative director of The New York Times R&D Lab. Lloyd’s work on the leading edge of design, technology, and UX has been presented internationally in major publications, conferences, and museums.
